Jillian is a Professional Biologist and Planner with over 17 years’ experience with natural resources and over 8 years’ experience combined in regional community, marine and biodiversity planning. Jillian has worked for provincial, regional and First Nations’ governments as well as not-for-profits, and operates a planning and environmental services consulting firm. Jillian has worked with the Riparian Areas Regulation as a local government environmental planner, provincial RAR biologist, and as a consultant doing assessments.
