"The RAR course was very beneficial. The instructor was wonderful and knowledgeable. She was able to clarify most, if not all, uncertainties and questions".

Leslie Abel, Biologist Vancouver BC

"I found the course to be very good quality. Michele was a very knowledgeable and skilled teacher. She made the class interesting and had lots of real life/applied experience working with RAR regulations so she was able to answer our questions really well. Overall I enjoyed the course and felt like I got good value".

Jamie Leathem, Ecosystems Biologist, Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, Penticton, BC.

"Instructor was fantastic!"

Rachel Edy, Ecologist, Richmond BC

"The course was extremely thorough and I left feeling confident in my knowledge of the Riparian Area Regulation (RAR) and my ability to conduct assessments in the field. The course instructor was excellent and I could not imagine someone more qualified. The instructor was able to answer any question that was asked and it was clear that her extensive experience was built into the course. It was particularly important to me that the course included examples from around the province to identify challenges and differences that arise when conducting RAR Assessments across BC".
